Because we like to experiment and because we are passionate about coffee, we have wanted to surprise our customers with the elaboration of a unique blend, made with 2 of our best coffees. For more than 3 years we have achieved a really tasty and exciting recipe on the palate. A good blend is not just combining 2 high quality exotic coffees, NO, you definitely also need a ripe fruit picking and modern high quality drying processes. Our quality is measured in three very important aspects such as the cleanliness that comes from a careful process relationship, the sweetness that comes from the optimal maturity of the fruit, and its uniformity that is only achieved with meticulous care and selection systems of the cherry. To end the roasting process, as roasting is of great importance in tastings, as it outlines the cup of different coffees. Proper roasting in coffee highlights its cup attributes. Thanks to this and the supervision of an excellent Costa Rican taster with Q certification, we have achieved a really good recipe.

SKL-5050 Coffee: Tasting Notes.

·         Cultivated between 1,400 and 1,500 meters.

·         In the cup, it is a coffee with caramelized and cinnamon aromas, it has an intense acidity with good body, good balance and a clean aftertaste.

·         Large coffee beans.
